We view the Plantation & Mansion as a special place for you aImage00102.jpgnd your family to celebrate in comfort and elegance.

It is important for us to feel that you are able to spend time with friends and loved ones.  

With the option of contracting an experienced event coordinator, your event can be planned and carried out at any level of involvement you choose.  Complete consultation services may be contracted with one of our Preferred Partners or your own coordinator of choice.

The Plantation provides a very large parking area which is close enough to be convenient to the facility, yet located far enough away to maintain a serene atmosphere for your event.

All the guest areas are on the ground level, without the need for elevated walking for those who are challenged with such issues. 

We have various locations where canopies can be set up for weather considerations.

 

The Plantation A La Carte List

Basic Wedding/Event use fee includes, designated areas of mansion, Atrium, Gardens use, Two Dressing Suites, Tables and Chairs included (indoor/outdoor up to 150 guests) and parking.  Weekday hourly event rate applies to a certain designated area of mansion and grounds only.

  • Weddings - Friday, Saturday or Sunday . . . . . . . . . . . . . $2,500.00* per day
    (For up to 100 guests & includes general cleaning fee)
  • Weddings - Off Season (Nov, Dec, Jan). . . . . . . . . . . . . $1,750.00* per day
    Friday, Saturday or Sunday (For up to 100 guests & includes general cleaning fee)
  • Weddings - Off Season (Nov, Dec, Jan)
    Monday through Thursday. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Please call for price quote
  • Events - Friday, Saturday or Sunday . . . . . . . . . . . . . .  $2,500.00* per day

    Applies to certain designated areas of Mansion and grounds only.
    Cleaning fee and damage/security deposit determined by usage
    and type of event.
  • A fee of $15.00 per guest over 100 (when applicable)
    Example:
    Additional 50 guests = $750.00 additional charge
    Additional 100 guests= $1,500.00 additional charge
